Taylor Baseball defeated the Seattle Stars 2-1 in the SPL Championship Series.
Congratulations to Taylor Baseball, who defeated the Seattle Stars 11-6 in the winner-take-all Game 3 of the 2010 Seattle Premier League Championship Series. The Stars had forced a third game with a 6-5 win in Game 2. Max Dickinson was named the series MVP for his impressive performance on the mound in games 2 and 3.
SPL Post-Season Awards Ryan Wiggins, a catcher/infielder for Taylor Baseball was named the 2010 Seattle Premier League Most Valuable Player. Trevor Mitsui, a first baseman from the Seattle Stars picked up the inaugural Silver Bat Award and Billy Sahlinger was named the SPL Cy Young Award winner. Frank Ambrozic of the RIPS Brewers was named the SPL 2010 Coach of the Year. Congratulations to all on their great seasons!
